I intend to ensure you get the most out of your adventure.

First, all first-time clients will receive a 15 minute consultation to ensure sure we’re a good fit and I can help you accomplish your dream trip. You can do this by scheduling some time with me at your preference online via Calendly.


Not all clients are the same and not all trips are the same. For this we have some options:

Option 1

The Minimalist

Already know where you’re going and what you want to do? This option is great for travelers who want the basics and don’t need assistance planning their trip, but need an extra set of eyes to ensure they're all set.

  • Basic documents, including confirmation and final documentation
  • Provide information on the latest travel requirements before your trip (i.e. COVID)
  • Basic itinerary in Travefy

The Minimalist is $50 per person. If selected, the Minimalist must be purchased for all travelers on the itinerary and is non-refundable.

Option 2

The VIP

Your vacation starts the moment you plan it – don’t make it stressful! Let me handle those tricky details that will make your adventure memorable.


  • For adventures up to 7 nights
  • 30 minute consultation
  • Basic documents, including confirmation and final documentation
  • Provide information on the latest travel requirements before your trip (i.e. COVID)
  • Coordination assistance for any COVID testing, if necessary
  • Customized itinerary in Travefy, including city guides and live flight information (if applicable)
  • (2) quotes and (1) revision
  • Coordination assistance with transfers
  • Coordination assistance with up to (3) activities or excursions

The VIP is $300 per room/cabin based on double occupancy. Travelers 3 and 4 are at a discounted rate of $50 per person. Single travelers are $200.

If selected, the VIP must be purchased for all travelers on the itinerary and is non-refundable.

Option 3

The Cosmopolitan

A longer trip calls for more planning. Leave the details to me and fully enjoy your extended adventure!


  • For 8-11 night adventures
  • 30 minute consultation
  • Basic documents, including confirmation and final documentation
  • Provide information on the latest travel requirements before your trip (i.e. COVID)
  • Coordination assistance for any COVID testing, if necessary
  • Customized itinerary in Travefy, including city guides and live flight information (if applicable)
  • (2) quotes and (2) revision
  • Coordination assistance with transfers
  • Coordination assistance with up to (5) activities or excursions

The Cosmopolitan is $500 per room/cabin based on double occupancy. Travelers 3 and 4 are at a discounted rate of $100 per person. Single travelers are $300.

If selected, the The Cosmopolitan must be purchased for all travelers on the itinerary and is non-refundable.

Additional Options:

  • Airfare (if not included in a package): $50pp domestic / $100pp international + cost of airfare
  • Additional quotes: $20 per quote
  • Cancellations: (Non-COVID related) A processing charge of $50 per person must be paid at the time of request. This fee is to cover the losses associated with time spent on each booking, the compensation for loss of commission, as well as processing the cancellation. This fee is independent of any cancellation charges from the supplier(s).
  • Changes: (Non-COVID related) Changes to finalized itineraries will incur a processing charge of $50 per person and must be paid at the time of the request. This fee covers the time needed to process and re-book all impacted segments. This charge is independent of any charges made by the supplier(s).
